The jury in the FCG International award in Visual Arts, that met today in Valladolid on June 13, 2005, was made up of; .Mr. Marcos Ricardo Barnatán Hodari, writer and art critic of El Mundo; Mr. Miguel Ángel García Rodríguez; Editor of Channel 2 News, Ms. Catalina Luca de Tena y García Conde, President and Editor of ABC Newspaper; Mr. Rafael Sierra Villaécija; Deputy Editor of Descubrir el Arte –who also acted as Jury Secretary- and Mr. Francisco Somoza Rodríguez-Escudero, Architect.

The jury in the FCG International award in Scenic Arts, that met today in Valladolid on June 17, 2005, was made up of; Mr. Rafael Daniel Pérez, Representative of ABC Newspaper in Castilla León; Ms. Mercedes Guillamón Duch, manager of Teatro Calderón; Mr. Emilio de Miguel Martínez, member of the Board of Directors of Caja Duero; Mr. Daniel Pérez Fernández, Playwright and Manager of Teatro Principal, Zamora (Spain); Mr. José Antonio Rapallo Domenge, Head of Televisión Española Media Services in Castilla y León.

 
 

Science and Research 2005

 

The jury in the FCG International award in Science and Research, that met today in Valladolid on June 20, 2005, was made up of; Dr. Camilo José Cela Conde; Professor of Philosophy of the Balearic Islands University, Professor Tomás Girbés Juan; Biochemistry and Melecular Biology Professor of the University of Valladolid, who also acted as Jury Secretary, Dr. Cayetano López Martínez; Deputy Director General of CIEMAT and Director of its Energy Department, Mr. Juan Pérez Mercader; Director of the Astrobiology Centre.

The jury in the FCG International award in Sports, that met today in Valladolid on June 24, 2005, was made up of; Mr. Juan María Gastaca Sobrado, Deputy Editor of  ABC Newspaper; Mr. Raúl González Gutiérrez, Captain of the Valladolid Handball Team who also served as Jury Secretary; Mr. Amalio Moratalla Anguas, Deputy Editor of Marca Sports Newspaper; Mr. José Miguel Ortega Bariego, Head of Sports at RNE [Radio Nacional de España] in Castilla León; and Mr. Gregorio Parra García; Coordinator of Sports Editing at TVE [Televisión Española].
